Any 'first time' student is not charged for their initial card.  However, a lost, misplaced or stolen ID card incurs a fee of $15.

First time students will receive their card during their school orientation. Replacement cards, however, must be picked up at the Office of Student Involvement, Leadership, and Intercultural Engagement.

Only JPEG (.jpg) and HEIC (.heic) file types are accepted.

Your application for an ID card will be delayed. You will receive an email indicating the reason why the photo is not acceptable and will have to either re-upload another picture or visit the Office of Student Involvement, Leadership, and Intercultural Engagement to have your ID card manually produced.

If you lose your card, immediately go to the Director of Security.
